Beautiful ground floor apartment close to the sea with a large private terrace where you can enjoy the sea breeze and outdoors life. The apartment has a living-dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated and has air conditioning. Just 150 meters away from the apartment you will find all kinds of services, supermarket, bakery and several restaurants. Additionally, the urbanization of S'Algar is known for having an excellent protected bathing area in the crystal-clear waters of S’Algar bay where you can swim, practice snorkel or sunbathe in the large solariums. No tourist services are provided in the apartment (room service, food, beverages, etc...)
