Enjoy Sol de Sanlúcar. Fully equipped penthouse. With a splendid furnished terrace with an awning to enjoy the outdoors in any season. Includes a public parking space 160 meters away. The car park includes electric charging stations. It is located in a pedestrian street. Absolutely central. And also very quiet due to its situation in the building. The penthouse, with elevator, is on the second and top floor of the building.
We are Leo and Fernando. We really like to travel with our children. We usually stay in tourist apartments because they give us independence and we adopt that space as our home. We enjoyed making breakfast as a family and planning the day with a bunch of brochures on the table. Being on a trip, but feeling at home and being an active part of the city we visit. From these sensations and experience came the idea of offering a space for visitors and travelers. Make you feel that you are at home and enjoy our beautiful city as one more from Sanlúcar. Sol de Sanlúcar is in the center of a lively and welcoming town. Leaving the hallway of the building, 3 meters away you can sit in one of the best restaurants in the center. The well-known Casa Balbino restaurant is less than 20 meters away... All this with the advantage that the penthouse terrace is quiet as it faces the opposite side of the street. In addition to being central, Sol de Sanlúcar is an 11-minute walk to the beach. But we must not forget the wonderful beaches and other cities in the province. Many excursions and activities can be planned with the car three minutes away, parked in the underground car park that is included in the price.
