The Solymar Poniente apartment has been completely renovated between June and July 2022, changing all the electrical and plumbing facilities, full bathrooms, kitchen, painting, and we have put all the furniture, beds, latex mattresses, air conditioning and ceiling fan new in all the rooms and in the living room. Also Smart TV in all rooms. Internet throughout the apartment with Wi-Fi network. New also all the bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. There is nothing left of what the apartment used to be. It is very well located in the center of Benidorm, and 3 minutes from Poniente beach, with its promenade and all the services.

We want you to feel at home. Delivery of keys and explanations in person. We have completely renovated the entire apartment in July 2022, with all the brand new furniture, appliances, beds, mattresses, kitchen, etc. We leave you information about telephone numbers of interest, Location of Restaurants, Drinks and Shopping Area. We want the client who comes to our apartments to have a great vacation and enjoy the Sun and the Sea in addition to the Leisure that Benidorm gives throughout the year, and forget about the problems.

Located less than 200 m from Poniente Beach and its promenade (3 min walk). 5 minutes from Playa del Mal Pas, and 8 minutes from Playa de Levante and its busy promenade and pub area. It is in the Central Zone, with plenty of shops, services, restaurants, etc. in the neighborhood. 3 minutes from the historic center area of Benidorm, with the entire tavern area and a good atmosphere.
