Wonderful luxury villa in a rural and peaceful setting, perfect to enjoy with all the comforts. Set on a 21000m2 estate, this beautiful property boasts a wide range of amenities such as a refreshing swimming pool, air conditioning and WIFI, amongst others. Situated just 3km from the charming village of Algaida, known for its restaurants serving typical Mallorcan cuisine, 20 minutes from the centre of Palma and 15 minutes from the airport and the nearest beach, it offers an ideal location. The finca boasts extensive garden areas, a beautiful forest and an orchard with fruit trees, providing a serene natural environment. In addition, there is an outdoor barbecue area equipped with a large grill, paella pan and wood-fired oven, as well as several areas set up for comfortable outdoor dining. The salt-treated swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The house itself consists of a large and charming rustic industrial style kitchen, fully equipped. There is a separate large capacity dining room and a spacious and elegant lounge with access to a beautiful glazed porch overlooking the countryside and the pool. With a total of 6 double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, 5 complete bathrooms (two of them with luxurious freestanding bathtubs) and an outside toilet, as well as a solar shower in the pool area, this villa offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The finca is easily accessible and is located only 3 km from the picturesque village of Algaida, famous for its numerous restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Mallorcan cuisine. It is also located in the vicinity of Puig de Randa, which is home to the historically important Monastery of Cura. For golf lovers, there are several golf courses nearby, such as Son Gual (less than 10 minutes away) and Puntiró (less than 20 minutes away), among others. In the surrounding area, you can find several wineries where you can enjoy tastings of local wines and live a unique experience.
