Company information

We are a team of 3 people. I am Suzanne, french Canadian and living in Javea since 2016. i live across the street from Casa Tosca and have a shop downstairs where i sell African goods. Peter, the owner and my husband. We met in Kenya where i also own a property and got married in Naivasha in 2020. Peter owned one of the largest flower farm in the world which was sold in 2021. We spend half our time in Kenya usually from October to March. And Yeimy is from Columbia. She takes care of all the rentals when we are gone and does the cleaning and several repair and maintenance work with Sergio, her partner all year round. In the summer when we are very busy, Stephanie helps out.

Property information

The house is in the center of the old town on a corner street. It is made of tosca stone, which gives it a special warm feeling. Constructed from exquisite tosca stone, this historic house was built around 200 years ago, and we have meticulously renovated it to meet modern standards while preserving its authentic character. We have four beautifully furnished apartments and one cozy room From the charming streets filled with restaurants and cafes to the beautiful beaches and historic landmarks, you'll find everything you need just a short walk away. So why wait? Book your stay at our beautiful vacation rental house today, and get ready to experience the warmth and charm of the old town like never before!

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very safe. The histrionic house is within 5 minutes walk to excellent gastronomic restaurants , the market, the shops and the old village square . The apartment is within 20 minutes walk to the sea , 4 km to the family friendly L’Arenal beach with great restaurants and nightclubs. This summer is a little different, but since July 1st, action seems to be back, the wonderful colourful Spanish character, culture and traditions that make Javea a fantastic holiday destination. My favorites around the village are Casa Grau, Trastienda, EL Huerto. Many people like Robotica. On the beach, breakfast at L,Arenal somewhere or a nice romantic dinner at Piri Piri or Camarga, they are next to each other and both excellent. As for events, they are few and far between this summer, but you can consult the Tourism Calendar for Javea.
