Spectacular town house, in the prestigious and quiet urbanization of Punta Lara in Nerja, with magnificent sea views. Three bedrooms, the double with a large dressing room, 3 bathrooms, one with a hydro-massage bath, 2 toilets, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The access to the house is through a staircase, at the entrance of the house there is a wonderful terrace with private swimming pool, barbecue area and terrace furniture, there are only 2 sun beds, from where you can see the wonderful sea views. There is wifi and air conditioning

Neighbourhood information

Punta Lara is a fairly large urbanization located on the western slope of Nerja and opposite the popular Hotel Marinas de Nerja and its apartments. It is a mix of residential houses and holiday rental apartments and villas. The center of Nerja, the Balcón de Europa, is about 30 minutes on foot, either by following the main road (N-340) or, better yet, walking along Playazo beach with its bars, beach bars and restaurants At the entrance of the urbanization there is a local bus stop that takes you to the center of town. The car is not necessary, but recommended. Walking to the center of town is a 30 minute walk approximated by the coast. The house is in an area of ​​easy parking.
