The "Castell de Kafka" was built in 1968 by Ricardo Bofill. A bright environment with pool and mountain views. Made for 2-4 people, totally equipped with an own pool and common areas. Located in Vallpineda, a very calm urbanization. The urbanization has: a 24 h security service, pools, bars, restaurants, tennis, paddle and fronton courts and a sports area including: ping-pong tables, a futsal and basketball field. It's also located 5 minutes from the beach by car and 15 minutes walking.
We live in Sitges from 20 years, worked in Sitges and enjoy its 300 days of sunshine
Vallpineda is a closed urbanization located in the upper area of Sitges. The urbanization has: a 24 h security service, pools, bars, restaurants, tennis, paddle and fronton courts and a sports area including: ping-pong tables, a futsal and basketball field. The neighborhood is a large path among trees and plants with panoramic views to Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea.
