Sun's Gardens changed ownership in 2019, and in these years it has made major renovations including the central swimming pool renovated in October 2019, the renovation of 19 superior rooms and the renovation of 50% of the rest of the houses .

Property information

Very peaceful residence. Small complex of 40 bungalows on 2 levels, The residence has a swimming pool for adults and a part for children. The complex is located in a quiet but strategic area to reach the main tourist attraction centers (such as the Dunes, Il Faro, Aqualand) and nightlife. the complex does not have private parking but on the street there is ample availability of places free of charge. Sun's Gardens is a structure with a good compromise between quality and price, for those looking for simplicity and basic comforts.
