We are offering you this beautiful renovated studio apartment in Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria. The apartment has a quiet sea view terrace, outside dining area, and the community pool is just a few steps away. Puerto Rico Shopping Center is 5 minutes walk, the beach is 7 minutes. The apartment is equipped with air-con, wifi, smart tv, air-fryer, washing machine, shower and sunbeds. Free parking on the street.

Neighbourhood information

Puerto Rico is the sunniest place in Gran Canaria built on 2 hills. The apartment is in the low side of the hill, only 5 minutes walk up from the busy shopping center. The beach is also in walking distance. The complex is a quiet old hotel with open terraces and a community pool. The apartment is on the pool floor but the farest from it. The new owners of the private properties try to create a comfortable, calm space for the guests.
