My wife and I are passionate about Fuerteventura and we come whenever we can. We like the island for its warm climate, for its beautiful beaches, for the sea, for the nature and tranquility of the places, that is perceived above all in the South. We have elected Morro Jable to our second home and we spend all our holidays there. Some trusted people help us to manage the apartment: they speak English, Spanish and Italian. You will have their mobile phone numbers, just in case you need help.

Property information

Bright and cozy, 40-square meters studio apartment, renovated in April 2016, located on the 6th floor of a residence with swimming pool and elevators. The terrace faces the ocean and the Natural Reserve of El Saladar which is bordered on by bicycle and jogging path on the seaside of a large, beautiful, sandy beach. There are only 300 m from the residence to the beach. Ocean water is crystalline. The studio apartment consists of living room with easy to use bed-sofa (140x200 cm); kitchen corner (hob, fridge, oven, american and italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle); sleeping room separated by a wall and a blind with double bed (160x200 cm) and wardrobe; bathroom with shower and washing machine; terrace overlooking the ocean, equipped with table, chairs and sun-umbrella. Other facilities: TV (spanish, german, english channels), safe, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, bedlinen, ceiling fan. It is designed to accommodate two people, possibly a third person could sleep on the bed-sofa. On the third floor of the residence there are swimming pools, solarium and pool tables.

Neighbourhood information

Just outside the residence, you can find many shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies. In front of the residence, a pedestrian street leads to the beach and to the path leading to Morro Jable, nice and charming old fishermen village, where you can enjoy fresh seafood on seaside terraces. Nearby you can find the tourist office, you can rent cars, bicycles or equipment for water sports, you can also take lessons and book excursions or boat trips. If you wish to spend a relaxing beach holiday you don’t need a car because the place is connected to the airport by public transport or shuttle service and a bus stop is nearby. Some touristic sites can also be reached by bus and many excursions can be found. Moreover you are on one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, and all the services are very close. If you wish to discover the secrets and wild beauty of the island, it can be useful to rent a car, car rentals are available at low prices, free parking facilities is easy to find also around the residence.
