New comfortable two-room apartment with designer interior. The apartment is located on the 1st floor overlooking the park. On the large loggia you can enjoy the morning sunrises or in the evening, together with a friendly company, drink a glass of wine in the cool. The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay of a family of 4 people.The apartment has high speed internet and 100 free channels (Spanish - English). There is also everything you need for a comfortable stay, bed linen, towels and a lot of everything for the kitchen.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet location, close to the sea (800 meters). Near a large supermarket. Within walking distance (10 minutes) is one of the major shopping centers in the province of Alicante. Nearby there is a great cafe, as well as many restaurants.
