Property information

Beautiful town house located in Pollensa, Mallorca, in a quiet street in the center of town, very close to Calvario, with a modern and original decoration. The stairs lead to the first floor, where we find a nice dining room with a small terrace, and a modern kitchen. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a bathroom. On the third floor we find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom en suite and a terrace with fabulous views of the Calvary and the mountains. Perfect house to enjoy the cycling season as it has a space to store and tune them up. It is a perfect place for your holidays, especially if you want cycling tours and pedaling in Mallorca. It has a large garage, which is essential in the old town of Pollensa. Special features; It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high quality internet to allow for a better home office. Smoking is allowed outdoors Tourist Tax Please note that a local tourist tax is applicable to all stays, as required by local regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price.

Neighbourhood information

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
