Property information

Spend a beautiful day on the beach and when coming home, have a refreshing exterior shower, lay down on one of the two sun loungers or prepare a tasty barbecue with friends and family on the terrace. The terrace is a nice place as it has views to the mountains and the sea. Privacy is not total since there are neighbours around. The accommodation is on the first floor and is decorated in an elegant and comfortable way. There's a sitting-dining room where to sit down on the sofa, watch TV (a TV with satellite channels is provided) or a DVD with your kids. The well equipped kitchen features a gas stove, kitchenware, a breakfast table, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You choose between four bedrooms, two twin rooms and two bedrooms with one double bed each. All bedrooms come with wardrobe and central heating for the winter. Two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub and bidet) are available. There are two air conditioning units: one in the living area and the second on the corridor of the bedrooms. If you come with your baby, we supply a cot and a high chair.

Neighbourhood information

Set in the quiet town of Es Barcarès, this home is in the north of Alcúdia, a very Mediterranean and tranquil place. The rocky beach are 100 meters from the apartment and the next sand beach, called Es Morer Vermell, is 550 meters from the house. A stroll along the beach takes you to Malpas-Bonaire, a zone with more beaches. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and leisure activities can be found in Puerto de Alcúdia, 3.5 km away. A car is recommendable as there are no buses.
