Located on the sea front of Levante beach, this air-conditioned apartment offer balcony with stunning direct sea view, free wi-fi and outdoor swimming pool. This apartment was fully renovated in 2023. It features brand-new fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances including full-scale fridge, oven, cooker, microwave and dishwasher, as well as Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Private bathroom has a rain shower and washing machine. Bedroom equips with king size 150*190 bed with comfortable orthopaedic mattress. Guests could also use retractable sofa in living room with 140*180 mattress. Window curtains are remote controlled. The property is surrounded with numerous restaurants and bars, the nearest Consum supermarket is 290 m away and can be easily reached by foot in 4 mins. Harbor area as well as Penon Ifach Rock situated around 1 km from the apartments.
