Beautiful Spanish villa with breathtaking views of the valley and the sea. Ideal for a real relaxing holiday! Peacefully located on Monte Solana in Pedreguer. Located in the middle between Valentia and Alicante. Near Denia, Ondara, Javea, Jalon, ... Due to the tranquility, this house is not rented out to groups of young people Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited.
