Wonderful independent designer villa. Aircon in the living room and in the main bedroom. It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The master suite is very spacious and has a complete ensuite bathroom with a shower and hydromassage bath, smart TV and a king size bed (180×200cm). The other two rooms are equipped with 150×200cm beds (2 beds in the first bedroom and one in the second). The full bathroom has a bathtub. This fantastic house is located in a very quiet area at the beginning of the town of Teguise, near the magnificent Famara beach and the beaches of Costa Teguise. The house has a barbecue, pool, hammocks, international channels, dishwasher. The villa has a large terrace with a solarium, barbecue, table, chairs and umbrella for eating outside. The villa has WiFi in all its area. Also available to our guests are a Bluetooth amplifier and a steamer for ironing clothes. Once or twice per week will come the cleaning pool service to clean the pool, they will pass from the garden to not bother you.

We inform that the pool is always cleaned the day before the check. Unfortunately all the Canary Islands occasionally suffer from Calimas, most often in the winter months. The calima is a hot and oppresive wind and occurs when there is high pressure over The Sahara, which in turn drives a southerly wind towards Lanzarote, bringing Saharan temperatures and sand with it .
