Property information

Perfectly located in Nerja close to Burriana beach and with amazing free views over the sea and the mountains. You can enjoy the three spacious terraces and the pool area with plenty of space. This place have sun all day and enjoys full privacy. The garden has its own palm tree, olive tree, as well as numerous other trees and plants. There are plenty of sun chairs, tables umbrellas. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is here: The pool, sunbeds, garden furniture, barbecue, air conditioned rooms, options for both sun or shade, parking space and close to the supermarket. The house is fully equipped with a guest apartment on the bottom floor with its own entrance. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room with two brand new beds and a bed sofa. On the middle floor you find the spacious kitchen and the living room. On the top floor there are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a big balcony, very nice views and a double bed, and the second bedroom with two brand new beds. The location is in a quiet residential area with villas, yet it is just a 10 minute walk to Burriana beach and even shorter walk to the big supermarkets Mercadona or Carrefour.
