Set on a splendid plot of almost 3.000 m2 within landscaped gardens, terraces and a private pool. Ideal for families or friends who seek to get away from the noise of the city and want to enjoy the silence and comfort of the quiet island of Menorca. The villa has all the comforts to make you feel at home. VILLA - 1st floor: kitchen with all new spacious appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, living room with access to an outstanding terrace were you can enjoy an amazing view eating, having breakfast, etc. garage, small toilet shower and laundry room with washing machine. - 2d floor: 1 double room with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, 3 double bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom, 1 bathroom and a small storage room - 3d floor: 1 suite, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet shower and a small storage room EXTERIOR - Wonderful garden with large covered terrace, swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a rocking chair, stone seating area.
