ESPIGA GRAN IS AN EXCLUSIVE RURAL VILLA WITH A SWIMMING POOL, CLOSE TO VALL D'OR GOLF AND A FEW MINUTES FROM THE BEACH ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to give data for check-in. - One day before your arrival the reception office provide time and place to pick-up the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - Check-in & Check-out in July and August from Saturday to Saturday. - Late check-in is provided only if it is possible. Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request. DEPOSIT Upon arrival guests pay 500,00 euros by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions. PRIOR REQUEST-need to be booked in advance. - Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand. - 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are provided free of charge. - Extra heating: 60,00 euros/day. - Private chef. - Possibility to buy food to stock the villa before your arrival. - Massages and personal care services. - Extra cleaning/laundry service. All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax): - 2,20 euros / person / night for the first 8 days. Neighbourhood information

The house is build on 17000 m2 of land and has an ideal and peacefull position between the typical Majorcan village of s´Horta and the idyllic fishing port of Porto Colom. Also the lively center of Cala d´Or with it´s many shops, restaurants and bars is located at only 6km. Here you´ll find the beautifull Marina with it´s many prestigeous yachts. The virgin beach Cala Sanau with it´s layed-back atmosphere, it´s cozy beachbar and bamboo sun loungers is reachable within just a few kilometers and in Cala d´Or there´s many more little white sandy beach coves to go sunbathing or enjoy some of the variety of watersports. In the immediate environment, at one of the many sandy coves, there´s a big variety of watersport activities. The area is also very inviting for activities such as horseback riding and biking or hiking. Golf enthusiasts will find the Club Vall d′Or at only 2.5 kilometers.
