Villas Biniparadise has 3 magnificent villas on the seafront in Binibeca, one of the jewels of Menorca. They are part of a quiet residential complex occupied by different families who enjoy their relaxing holidays. With them, the garden area and the community pool are shared. We are very proud to be able to share with our guests this little paradise, in which rules of coexistence are always respected to ensure the tranquility and well-being of all neighbors. Property information

Villa Excellent is located in Binibeca, one of the jewels of Menorca. Fishing village of white houses and narrow streets. Our villa has 60m2 and is located on the seafront, in a quiet and familiar area. It has 3 bedrooms (the double room with two single beds is accessed from outside the villa from a separate entrance and is on the first floor), 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, plus terraces overlooking the sea. In addition, its guests have access to the communal pool shared with the rest of the complex's villas and to our own cove, where to snorkel, jet ski rides and much more. Waking up with the murmur of the waves, having breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea and taking a dip in a cove. Can you imagine it? Make it happen at Villa Excellent.

Neighbourhood information

Our villas are located in the urbanization Roques Verdes of Binibeca. A small community formed by single-family homes in a quiet and familiar environment. To achieve this, both guests and owners use certain rules of coexistence. Therefore, the celebration of parties and events in any of the villas or in the complex is prohibited. Both the pool and the garden area are shared with the rest of the community, so you should respect the pool schedule, as well as the outdoor furniture and the rest of the environment.
