♥ Villa Gan Eden, a very large double villa consist of 2 internally connected units Villa Gan & Vila Eden full of characteristic Spanish charm, featuring a 50m2 private pool, nestled in a Mediterranean garden surrounded by breathtaking mountains of Mondúver National Park ♥ These fantastic villa's have a totaal of 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a large swimming pool, summer kitchen, stone barbecue, paellera kit (upon request) open air shower by the pool, 5th bathroom is a shower room (accessed from outside) and several sun or shade seating areas to choose from.
Welcome to Villa Gan Eden! After a long search we found our beautiful villa. After updating & renovation (spring 2023), while retaining authentic details, we lovingly modernized the house & equipped it with all comforts For us it feels here like 'home' and we hope that during your holiday here, you will feel the same too. We would do everything we can to make that happen and are always at your disposal to help.
Located in scenic La Drova with a beautiful 360 degree breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, renowned for cycling & walking trails, ideal for mountain & nature lovers

12 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride on a flat road to the traditional Spanish village of Barx with everything you need for daily living: bars, restaurants, bodega, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, post office, tourist office, doctor, dentist & a small weekly market. Served by 2 international airports, Alicante a 75 minute & Valencia airport a 45 minute drive away. A train from Gandia to the heart of Valencia (45 minutes), & metro straight to the VLC airport terminal 15 minute to historic town of Gandia, many top quality shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. A must visit: old Borgia Palace, cultural center with live music events & theatre. Saturday is Market Day. Golf course at Grau de Gandia. 2 malls 10 minutes drive.
