Ground floor includes an open-plan living room with big windows, a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances, a guest bathroom, and an interior patio. the First floor has three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Rooftop includes a solarium area. Basement includes one bedroom with one separate bathroom and a recreation room with cinema, billiard, and ping pong. PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: 200EUR • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: 250.00EUR (needs to change completely the lock), if it is not need to change it, 125EUR • Damage to keys set: 50EUR • Smoke in the property: 300EUR • The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of 1000 EUR will be deducted from the security deposit.
