Beautiful rustic house, lined with Mallorcan stone in the city of Inca, with private pool and capacity for 4 guests. The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby. The house is approximately 135 m² on one floor and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning. For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with showers. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cosy and has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C. The separate gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. It has been held continuously for more than seven centuries. The hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint on the island, is a place worth visiting. For those wishing to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes driving, you will reach the north coast and the magnificent fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
