Very spacious modern house 240m2 with own private pool & cinema room. Old bread factory completely restored in 2007. Terrace with pool can be used year round. Peaceful area with easy access to center and beach. All mod cons: Central Heating /Aircon/ washing machine /dryer
We hope that enjoy your stay in VLVilla. Luxury Villa in Valencia
The house is on a pedestrianized street lined by trees leading down to Burjassot's main square with cafés, shops and a big fountain. The city stops quite abruptly, so just 5 minutes from the house you will find yourself in the middle of green fields with orange tree groves, palm trees and most every vegetable grown known to man. It is a fantastic place to run or just to go for a peaceful Sunday walk. It's a very pleasant area where the only noise is that produced by the children playing outside the old church just across from the house. Yet the vibrant center of Valencia is a few minutes away. From the house it's a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station and it's just 4 stops (10 minutes)to the centre of Valencia and the 9 km long Turia Park. If you walk 5 minutes in the other direction you will find the modern tram that also takes you into the centre and continues straight on to Valencia's great beach. Valencia's Conference Hall only to 10 minutes walking from the house. Very close to Feria Valencia.
