Property information

Villa Jojo & Cleo is located in tranquil Addaia (also spelt Addaya) on the north east coast of the island. This pretty resort is mainly residential with a beautiful natural harbour and surrounding countryside. Although Addaia does not have a beach, the spectacular white sand beach at Arenal d’en Castell is less than a 5-minute drive away, as are the variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Mahón, the current capital of the island, and Ciutadella, the historic capital of the island, are a 20 minute drive in opposite directions. A vehicle is necessary when staying at this property. Backed by beautiful Menorcan countryside, the villa has a private swimming pool (7m x 3.5m) surrounded by sunbathing terrace furnished with loungers. Direct access from the living room leads to a spacious shaded terrace with table and chairs for enjoying al fresco dining. There is also a stone barbeque for outdoor cooking. Villa Jojo & Cleo is an ideal property for large families or friends sharing. All rooms are on the ground floor: Lounge/dining room with smart TV, international channels and WIFI, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 twin bedrooms with floor fans and 2 shower rooms.
