We operate a Cleaning, Disinfection, and Sanitization Procedure at the Villa. Making sure of the highest hygiene standards at the villa are adhered to. Providing a safe and clean environment to ensure we are making Guest and Staff safe. Staff at the villa will be wearing PPE equipment at the Villa complying with industry guidelines. WE have had the villa for 15 years and the villa was full renovated 2 years ago and we continue every year add additional improvements to the villa which will enhance our guests holidays. We also enjoy providing our guests with information on local events and making sure their needs are catered to. The team at the villa can provide full concierge service if required, it is best to inform when booking of any additional services or individual needs you would like when staying at Villa Ocean View. Team members have been on Corona Awareness Hospitality Course .

Portal Nous is a great Village with a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants above the marina. Puerto Portals Its popularity is all thanks to its beautiful beaches, local facilities and proximity to both Puerto Portals and Palma. The origins of Portals Nous date back to the 1930s but the buildings in the area suggest there was a lot of investment in tourism in the late 20th century here. There are a number of apartment blocks, villas and hotels in the village and the neighbouring area. Many affluent British, German and Swedish internationals have chosen to buy second homes in the surrounding areas,above Portals Nous, is the hilly settlement known as Costa d'en Blanes. The villas in this area get more exclusive the further up the hillside you go, and the views of the sea and Palma to the east are astonishing. Even if you don't stay here, you can still take a walk up to the top along little lanes and see how the other half live. Beaches in Portals Nous To the east of the marina is Oratori Beach, a medium sized beach of soft golden sand calm blue seas and beach games.
