Travel to Lanzarote and discover this charming, cosy rural villa that's full of character in Cesar Manrique style. This Villa makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules, modern life but as well from touristic areas of Playa Blanca, Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen. The house is spacious and ideally organized to give everyone their private space while offering spacious common areas. The house is also ideally located in the middle of the island (just behind the wine valley "La Geria") which gives you the possibility to reach out every coners of the island in short trips. You will also benefit from an unobstructed 180 degrees view on the sea and during clear weather, a view on the island of Fuerteventura. The house proposed the following features that could be of interest to you - It has a nice BBQ in a 360 degrees circular shape, a large kitchen, a Hot Tub, a private swimming pool, a patio, washing machine, a high speed internet connection. This house is frequently used by the owner and you can tell that it is a house that, although rustic, has a warm feeling as any family house. The owners are investing to transition the house to be more sustainable by installing a heat pump and solar pannels on the roof to benefit from the 310 days of sun of Lanzarote. The owners are encouraging you to use electrical appliances during the day to consume the solar electricity. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Group party is not allowed at the property - Recommendations are also given upon booking - Per Law, any person staying in the house will need to be registered by the owner with the Guardia Civil.
