The beautiful villa "Isla Bonita" is 170 m close to the sea, has 165 m2 of living space, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with American fridge with ice cube dispenser, dishwasher and open living-dining area, 55" SONY Smart TV, a pool, several terraces, well-kept outdoor areas and a large, secluded sea view roof terrace with deck chairs and free WIFI. In winter, a pellet stove warms the house. BEFORE BOOKING visit magic - mallorca . de. It's worth it for the wallet ;-) The villa built in 2017 is close to the sea. A staircase leads there from the wild and romantic rocky coast, which has many places to chill, directly into the water, from where you can swim. There is also a diving board straight into the sea! The unused boat dock is used by sun worshipers for extensive sunbathing. You lie there comfortably with your head elevated. From here you can also swim directly in the sea - and as I said: everything is just a few meters on foot from the front door :-))) There are wonderful restaurants, cafés and bars along the coastal road with fantastic sea views.
Whether family holidays with babies and small children, time out with friends, incentive measures with the team or enjoying the luxury of a large house for a couple - "Magic Mallorca" prepares the Villa Isla Bonita according to your individual needs. Do you have specific wishes? Contact us!
A visit to magic - mallorca . de protects the wallet before booking ;-) Sa Ràpita is a former quiet fishermen village that still has no hotel. And that's just as well. Hardly anywhere else on the island is as quiet as here. Hardly any area on the island that we know offers better value for money than Sa Ràpita! And no matter what type of restaurant you choose, you are almost always sitting on the 1st line of the sea and enjoying delicious food or palatable wine just a few meters from the sea. Your gaze wanders over the glittering waves, the white sailing boats are gently rocking and you ask yourself: heart, what more could you want?
