Deze prachtig gelegen Villa is geschikt voor 2-8 personen. De villa heeft twee parkeerplaatsen. De woonkamer en keuken grenzen aan een 60 m2 terras met prachtig zeezicht dat bereikbaar is via een grote schuifpui. De benedenverdieping met drie slaapkamers is te bereiken vanuit de woonkamer. De master bedroom (met airco) heeft een eigen douche en toilet. De grote badkamer bestaat uit een inloopdouche, toilet, ligbad en een wasmachine. Studio voor 2 pers. Wifi glasvezel 300 mb/s en Google TV .
Een levensgenieter die samen met zijn vrouw Angela na 14 jaren wonen in Duitsland weer terug is gekeerd naar zijn geboortedorp en onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het is heerlijk wonen op deze prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht in de Achterhoek. Graag wil ik deze mooie omgeving delen met mijn huurders . Genieten van absolute stilte en ver genoeg weg van drukke autowegen . Voor lokale support en sleuteloverdracht bij ontvangst werken wij samen met een lokale partner die U wegwijs zal maken in de villa en veel tips kan geven over de omgeving . Altea, Middelandse Zee, Costa Blanca. Benidorm met Terra Natura, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia en vele bars, restaurants etc 70 km van Alicante en 120 km van Valencia Er is een bushalte onder aan de wijk El Tossal
