My name is Andrea Straus, I have been working at 9 PLUS Property Management since 2019, I live in the immediate vicinity of the 14 villas we rent out. We help owners rent out their holiday home in the Alicante region. The villas that we rent are all of high quality. We want our guests to enjoy a carefree holiday in a super villa. The aim is to provide a 9-plus holiday experience to all guests who choose one of our villas.

Property information

After a huge renovation that ended in July(!) 2023, Villa Thorodin has become the new standard for an exclusive high-standard holiday experience. The villa has 7 new bedrooms, each with a modern ensuite bathroom. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens. The view is breathtaking, overseeing the Mediterranean Sea. The 14-meter pool is private and the villa has three floors that are connected by a staircase and elevator. The villa is perfectly suited for three-generation or befriended families.

Every guest receives a digital guide app. It contains useful tips for restaurants, sights and much more. Furthermore, we are fully available for all your questions or wishes.
