The villa has an age limit of 23 years. If the average age of those who rent the villa is younger than 23 years, the deposit is 100 euros per person. It is allowed to bring dogs to the villa but it must be notified in advance and cost 250 euros per dog. I have lived in Gran Canaria since 2011. Villa Violetta Gran Canaria is an incredible villa in the highest part of Maspalomas. Exclusive residential area, away from the tourist mass, live the real experience of being a resident in a high-level property. The house consists of four levels, perfectly distributed and with large rooms, views of the ocean, from San Agustín to the lighthouse, and rear views of the mountains. The house and its location are made to enjoy a perfect vacation and time to share with family and friends. This is the highest-rated large luxury villa in Gran Canaria with over 100 five/ten-star reviews. On our website Villa Violetta Gran Canaria you can see videos, virtual reality, and more detailed information. The house has four floors, nine bedrooms, 25 beds, and a total of 650 square meters. The house offers large areas inside and out, exclusive materials, and great views. The villa has a spacious heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, pool table, darts, fiber, ping pong table, etc. The villa is also suitable for companies or associations that want to have a conference or training camp. There is an elevator in the house that goes to all four floors. You will have exclusive access to the entire villa.

Neighbourhood information

Altos la Gloria is Maspalomas most exclusive residential area. It is secluded with guard but still close to the beach and restaurants. Playa de San Agustín is the place for you. It is the most family-friendly alternative to Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. In addition, San Agustín is a great beach for bodyboarding, surfing and, further out in the bay, even kitesurfing. Ideal for sports-loving families with older children! Since this is a private villa in an exclusive area, it is not possible to party and play music late at night outdoors. However, it is possible to play music at high volume in the bar and on the lower floor. If you violate the house rules, you will first lose your deposit and if disturbances are repeated you will be evicted from the villa without compensation. HOUSE RULES - This house has neighbors, enjoy your time in the house but do not disturb the neighborhood. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. - You are absolutely not allowed to bring extra people to the villa. Only paying guests may stay in the villa. All guests will be registered according to Spanish law. - You may not organize loud parties on the outside of the villa.
