Beautiful villa with breathtaking mountain views in Altea’s prime location, on Don Cayo golf course and nestled away from highway noise. Ideal for big families or groups. Upstairs, discover a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Downstairs, 4 bedrooms await, with 3 offering direct pool access as well as 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) Additionally, a separate side house boasts a generously sized bedroom with a desk, sofa, and private bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located on a small island that is inside of the Altea golf course. It is a very quiet neighborhood but at the same time only a 10 minute drive from the Altea beach!
