If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Villas Monte Verde in advance. Check-out takes place before 10.00 in the same office.
Please note bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Apartments are cleaned upon departure.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
