Property information

Less than 50 meters from the beach and 30 meters above the sea, the view is impressive: from its terrace you can enjoy spectacular sunsets watching the sea. It is one of those few apartments with direct access to the beach and the promenade, without having to cross streets, overpasses or roads. Not only can you see the sea, but you can also hear the murmur of the waves and feel the aroma of the sea breeze. Everything you need to relax and disconnect from the daily routine. The apartment, with elegant furniture, is well maintained and has been renovated 2 years ago. It is comfortable and very bright, sunny and warm in winter and cool in summer; with windows, balcony and covered terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. Dispose of: -- Washing machine. - Split system of air conditioning (cold / heat) in the living room that refreshes the entire apartment. - Private parking space inside the building. -- Internet WIFI - Bath with private hydromassage. Ideal location: South-Southwest oriented, between the promenade and the beach. You do not need to take the car, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, ambulatory. Swimming pools open all year.
