We offer an apartment within a traditional Andalusian villa, full of rustic charm, newly renovated, with a modern ’twist’, and new to the market. The apartment has a lower grassed terrace, and upper paved terrace, two double bedrooms, a semi-open plan kitchen / lounge / diner with TV, free WiFi, two bathrooms, paved bar / BBQ patio terrace with 10 metre swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and parasols. The apartment is available for letting, with the option to use a range of on-site professional fitness machines including treadmill, elliptical (crosstrainer) machine, cycling machine, rowing machine, as well as a full set of dumbbell/barbell weights, yoga terrace, and comprehensive range of holistic therapies, treatments and services. We host a number of annual 'Health & Wellness' events on the Costa del Sol, and enjoy helping individuals and groups achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals.
We are located in a peaceful, tranquil area, but only 5 minutes away from the quaint charm of Mijas Pueblo, 10 minutes to the 'hustle and bustle' of Fuengirola's sea front and 'old town', and 20 minutes from the sophistication of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
