Your room accommodates two, has a large en-suite, private, double shower room with rainwater showers and attached private Sauna. Wood is provided for a nominal fee. A fridge, kettle and microwave in the room allow you to cater to your own tastes and you are welcome to use the gas BBQ facilities for a small fee. All bed linen and towels are provided fresh per stay. Our friendly family of 6 people+ 2 cats lives in the house but your room, bathroom, and sauna are only for your use. You may hear some sounds of normal family life, such as kids' laughter, steps, music practice, etc. However, we don't stay up late or get up early! The water pump makes a quiet sound when it is on when water is running. There are some earplugs available should you need them.
We love travelling and meeting new people. We have had such great experiences in different kinds of accomodation options on our travels so we wanted to share our home.
Our neighborhood includes the world famous Saltfjärden Wetland where you can see over a hundred species of local and visiting birds. We are also close to Porkkala, an area of outstanding natural beauty as well as the Linlo harbor and recreation area. A very popular farm shop and cafe in the adjoining farm attracts a loyal following from far and wide every weekend and is a must-visit.
