Nordica Design Residence was made by professionals working in hospitality industry since 1996. Our company called Scandinavian Travel Group (Business id is one-nine-four-two-eight-eight-six-dash-seven) is a Destination Management Company (DMC) for Lapland region, strongly focused on Rovaniemi and Levi areas. We offer our guests the best experience of fully furnished and serviced accommodation with a truly Finnish iconic design items.

Property information

Nordica Design Residence in Rovaniemi Lapland are made with a concept “Living like a local”. We welcome the guests who prefer home-like accommodation in residence apartments to a classic hotel concept. Company business id 19428867. Brand new apartments building was opened on Nov. 1, 2019 in the heart of Rovaniemi city center at Valtakatu 35 B, 96200 Rovaniemi Apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and face either the city street or house yard. All apartments have open balconies with panoramic windows panes from floor to the ceiling (2,7 m high). Studio apartment is located on the 6th floor and has a french balcony with windows facing the city street. Apartments are well equipped and feature home design products and tableware from the top Finnish designers Pentik and Iittala. We do not allow pets in our apartments. According to house common rules, smoking is not allowed inside apartments, on the balconies and terrace, inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building at least 10 meters from the building in a designated place. If any traces of smoking is found, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of minimum 150 eur, depending on the damage.
