The space includes a comfortable 160 cm wide bed and a television for cozy evenings. The balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. From the windows, you’ll have a peaceful view of a park-like courtyard. The apartment is easy to reach whether you’re arriving by car, public transport, or on foot. Connections throughout the city are conveniently accessible, with bus stops located right next to the building. The city center is just about 700 meters away. Nearby services include an R-kiosk, and a grocery store is just a short walk away. Parking: Street parking with a disc (2 hours on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm, free on weekends). Additional disc parking spots (4 hours from 8 am to 4 pm) can also be found nearby. If needed, city center parking garages are close and available for a fee.
