A 73 m2 light and spacy three room apartment with windowed balcony facing the football and ice hockey stadiums of Rauma. Living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a shower room. Everything is furnished and the kitchenware is for four persons. The 6th floor apartment in a lift house. From the kitchen and smaller bedroom a view to the church. The rooms are placed so that if it is rented e.g. by a company or separate students the rooms have separate doors and have a good distance between each other.
Neighbourhood information
A peaceful but active people living in the apartment house. Silence required between 22.00 (10 p.m) and 6.00 (6 a.m.). A lift in an 8 floor house. from the bottom floor. Please do not use outdoor shoes in long time stay inside.
There are free parking spots in front of the apartment house. I can ask for a wintertime heating spot for parking if you are interested. Might be available (not guaranteed). When the men's local ice hockey team is playing home games, the parking spots those evenings can be limited if you try to park during the game time.
A bus stop within one hundred meter walking distance.
