Neighbourhood information

Oravi is a small village surrounded by lakes and forests. In the cafeteria and in the restaurant you can meet local people and buy locally produced food. Oravi is a good base for day trips in the national parks as well as to other places of interest. Popular sights in the area are: Olavinlinna castle in Savonlinna (40 km), Punkaharju (69 km), Valamo orthodox monastery (79 km).
