Majoitan asiakkaita Parikkalassa ja Punkaharjulla Simpelejärven ja Saimaan rannoilla. Aloitin vuokraustoiminnan Saimaa Raikala ja Niemelä mökeillä 2010 ja Jacuzzi Rantakallio valmistui 2011. Pääosin vuokraus siirtyi pojalleni Mikalle 2013. Minulle jäi Saimaa Raikala ja Villa Red House. Mika laajentanut rakentamalla Hiekkarannan 2018 ja ostamalla 2019 Villa Saimaan, Villa Norpan ja Villa Joutsenen. Lisäksi hän osti kesävuokraukseen Villa Mushroomin ja Rock Saimaan Minun tiimiini kuuluu Pirjo, Mika, Kaisa, 6 vuotias Sisu. sekä Tarun. Yhdessä vuokraamme mökkejä markkinointinimellä PajurantaHolidayHomes.. Teemme parhaamme että voitte rentoutua ja nauttia maaseudun rauhasta luonnonkauniissa järvimaisemassa nykyaikaisilla huviloilla. Property information

Luxurious villa Tarula is located in Parikkala in South Karelia (distance to Svetogorsk 70km). From the living room opens a breathtaking view to lake Simpelejärvi through the wide windows. Tarula was completed in 2016 and is furnished modernly to a high standard. There are four bedrooms having room for about 8 people (two downstairs and two upstairs). Both floors have an own toilet. In downstairs the living room is spacious having a big sofa, television (LG 42 inches, satellite channels included), fireplace, an open-concept kitchen and a big dining table. In the same floor there are also wood-fired sauna and bathroom with jacuzzi. Upstairs there is a billiard table and 4g WiFi (50-110 Mhz) is included. Tarula is a fabulous place for example for a family holiday with children, get-together with friends, a birthday party or a relaxing weekend in natural landscape. There are plenty of activities available for every season. You can take a peaceful walk in the nature, go fishing, pick mushrooms and berries on autumn, swim in a lake, enjoy sauna, have a barbecue on the terrace, go skiing, play playstation or pool on a rainy day or just relax in the jacuzzi or next to the fireplace.

Äijönvuori ja sen luolat kannattaa käydä katsomassa Hiitolanjoki on kehitteillä hienoksi lohijoeksi. Siikalahti on valtakunnan kuulu lintujen bongauspaikka. Parikkalan Patsaspuisto on tunnettu käyntikohde. Samoin luonnonkaunis Punkaharju on muutaman kymmenen kilometrin päässä. Taideluola Retretti avattiin tänä kesänä ja ensi kesänä on uusi näyttely Kesäkaupunki Savonlinna on mainio päiväretken kohde, Olavinlinna, tori ja laivaristeily Imatrankosken kuohut on taas kesänäytöksinä. Kiteen eläintarha sopii mainiosti koko perheelle. Haapalahdenkierros sopii aamulenkiksi noin 10km kyläteitä
