We promise you will feel right at home in our unique two-bedroom apartment, located between the city centre and the lake. We call the apartment "Top of the Lake" due to its views of lake Näsijärvi from the 13th floor. The apartment has two balconies, offering amazing lake and city views. Up to 5 people. ROOMS & FACILITIES: - Living room with comfortable seating and 70 inch TV - Free WiFi (50/10 Mbit) - Free Netflix for guests - Kitchen with all amenities for cooking and dining - Bedroom 1: 160 cm wide bed - Bedroom 2: 140 cm wide bed + 90 cm wide bed (bunk bed) - 2 balonies, with amazing city and lake views - 1 bathroom with shower & toilet - Sauna with window! - Washer/dryer in the bathroom - Airconditioning PARKING: At the moment we don’t offer parking. There is a public parking garage nearby (Koskenparkki) where you can park for 15 euros per 24h. KIDS: Children are welcome. However, please note that we do not have any children’s safety features in place nor do we offer beds or chairs for infants (yet). PETS: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed

Ranta-Tampella is a new neighbourhood on the shore of lake Näsijärvi, only ten minutes walking distance from the city centre. Within walking distance are plenty of cafes, restaurants, theatres, museums, markets, and more.
