Check-in and boarding close 20 minutes before the departure time. Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. Viking Line cannot be held liable and cannot reimburse costs if a passenger misses a voyage due to incorrectly completed documents. Viking Line will send more information about the journey after the booking.
For group travel: the group must consist of a minimum of 10 adult passengers with one booking and a joint ticket. The minimum age limit is 16 years old.
Youth groups (under valid minimum age limits) are welcome on board on a journey organized by a school, sports club or other registered organizations. The group must be accompanied by a leader with a verifiable connection to the group, for example, a teacher, parent, or the leader of the association. A minimum of one leader per every 10 participants is required. The leader of the youth group must be at least 30 years of age. Exception: a teacher/leader of the association under the age of 30 is accepted as a leader when travelling with their own school class/team. The leader's connection to the group must be verified with the proper documentation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
