Välkommen till Villa Lyxfällan, en nyrenoverad liten mysig stuga på Kimitoön mitt i skogen! Villa Lyxfällan är cirka 60 m2 och har 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar, fullutrustat kök med matplats och ett tv-rum med soffa och 2 fåtöljer samt platt tv. Badrum, wc och bastu.
Villa Lyxfällan har en ny stor terrass där man kan koppla av .Under sommarsäsongen finns solstolar och utematplats till förfogande. Jacuzzi finns på Villa Lyxfällans terass och kan hyras ( tilläggskostnad), be värden om prisuppgifter. Det finns en Weber-grill, liten rökugn och torkställning för tvätt! Snabbt Wi-Fi gör det möjligt att även distansarbeta från Villa Lyxfällan! JBL högtalare finns!
Ca 600 meter till stranden som vätter mot nord-nordost .Strandrätt
och användningsrätt av ett stort fiskevattensområde. Kom ihåg att köpa fiskekort om ni har för avsikt att fiska med spö eller nät! Roddbåt finns till förfogande och flytvästar finns i Villa Lyxfällan.
Vid Lyxfällan finns även ett fiskrensningsbord och en vattenpost utomhus!
