Olen miettinyt asiakkaiden tarpeita jo ennen majoituspaikan rakentamista. Käytin suunnittelussa omaa majoitusalan tuntemusta / näkemystä ja 10 vuoden kokemusta. Tarkoituksena oli täyttää majoittujien perustarve! Koska huoneistojen sijainti on rinteillä, kummassakin vakiovarustukseen kuuluu kuivauskaappi. Pikkustudiossa (20m2) viihtyvät ns. päivän tai parin päivän vieraat, sillä siinä on peruspuitteet pientä ilta- ja aamupalaa varten ja suihkussa pesumahdollisuus. Mitäpä muuta ohikulkija tai yöpyjä tarvitseekaan!!! Ei hotellimelua, ei lisäkuluja, vaan omaa rauhaa!!! Suite huoneiston (30m2) olen ajatellut toimivaksi ratkaisuksi lomasta tai pikkuvapaista nauttiville vieraille. Studion lisäksi siinä on täysin varustettu keittiö, pyykinpesukone ja oma sauna. Suitessa on pääsy terassille, jossa voi nauttia kesäkausina vaikkapa aamukahvit aivan luonnonhelmassa! Nämä mini kämpät minä pyhitän kaikille yksin- tai kaksinliikkujille. Tervetuloa kaikki!!!

Neighbourhood information

Alue on erittäin rauhallinen ja luonnonläheinen. Kohteet sijaitsevat Vuokatin alarinteillä Väinöntien loppupuolella eikä siellä ole juurikaan autoliikennettä. Sama katu toimii myös luonnon kävelypolkuna. Lähimpään hissiin on matkaa vain sata metriä. Se on ns. karavaanialueen hissi ja se on ilmainen. Suite tai sviitti huoneistosta on näkymä metsään ja se lisää viihtyisyyttä ja luonnonläheisyyden tunnetta.
