The property is one of the original houses in the Bastide of Eymet, making it over 700 years old. The upper floors overhang the ground floor, the walls are still the original mud and straw, with Chestnut beams. The lower walls are built from the local limestone. Recently renovated, after some of the old timbers were found to be damaged, from the ravages of time, weather and insect activity. We have now made it a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property, new parquet flooring, and modern bathrooms. The original beams are still a main feature throughout the property, with some areas having low ceiling hights.

Set in the heart of Eymet, with on street parking or nearby car parks, on a 1st come 1st served basis. Restaurants, bars and cafes line the square, with a local bakery, wine merchant and visitors info office all within a few minutes walk. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants, and cafes, on street parking, and nearby car parks are also within 100m
