My 2 double bedroom apartment is perfectly located between La Croisette (4 mins walk to the sea, just behind hotel Martinez) and Rue d Antibes, within walking distance to Palais des Festivals. The apartment has a lift and offers a living room with a large south facing balcony, a fully equipped separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 2 twin beds so can be configured as 2 double bedrooms or 4 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room (max 2 people). There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat is fully air conditioned. The flat is fully equipped: In the kitchen you can find all the facilities like Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, small dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer). Each bedroom has a wardrobe, an armchair and bedside tables. In the living room there is TV, sofa bed, table with 4 chairs. The flat windows have double glazing.

Neighbourhood information

The building has a lift and a digicode (interphone). The closest local food store is 2 mins away and a large Casino supermarket is 6 mins walking distance and open every day till midnight. The hotel Martinez is just one street away from the flat. The Intercontinental Carlton hotel is 3 mins away and the famous Baoli restaurant/ club is 15 mins away. The Palais de Festivales is 10 mins walking distance.
