In a residence in the heart of the village, enjoy the tranquility of a duplex apartment with a terrace facing the forest. Ideal for skiing (alpine or cross-country) or exploring the Chartreuse massif. Many summer activities are available: bike park, swimming pool, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, etc. 35 m² duplex apartment, Type 2: - On the first level: an entrance with 3 movable beds, a living area with a kitchen corner and a 2-seater convertible sofa, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. - On the second level (accessed by a ladder): a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Provided amenities: - In the kitchen: electric hotplate (2 burners), separate electric oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. - On the terrace: table and chairs (for 4 people) and 2 deck chairs.
