2-room apartment of 35 m², ideally located in Cagnes sur Mer with a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the sea. Located in a quiet and secure residence. This apartment is air-conditioned and has private parking for your comfort. Come and enjoy the idyllic setting of the Côte d'Azur and spend an unforgettable stay in our welcoming pied-à-terre facing the sea. LIVING ROOM with Poltonesofa sofa bed (140 mattress) OPEN KITCHEN equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and all the utensils needed for cooking. BEDROOM with SHOWER area and double bed (140) + storage cupboard with washing machine Separate WC BALCONY furnished with a table and two chairs Linen and towels are provided free of charge. Access to the garage has a height limit of 185 cm, be careful if you have a non-standard vehicle or a roof box. Reception is by appointment between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. Late arrivals are possible until 11 p.m. for an additional fee and subject to validation by our services. NO arrivals can take place after 11 p.m. We look forward to welcoming you!
