It is in a residence located on the beach of the right bank, very popular area, both close to all amenities and quiet. Enjoy its terrace, which will allow you to spend peaceful moments in love. This apartment is a two bedroom apartment with elevator on the 1st floor. It has a bright and cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 people and flat screen, access to a superb terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils for your comfort: Toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc... The sleeping areas are comfortable: the first bedroom has a double bed with storage. The second bedroom can accommodate a 5th person with an additional 90 bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower. This apartment has a PRIVATE PARKING NUMBERED, and THE BEACH AT THE END OF THE CORRIDOR of the residence in front line! From the parking lot to the apartment and the beach, in a luxury building on the seafront, with direct access to the beach of the right bank (place of the abrivados...) by private gate, boulodrome and benches facing the beach. Ideally located 100m from all shops, and close to restaurants, shops, canal, swing bridge, tourist office, quiet.. Private shaded terrace facing North-West, with table and garden chairs, sunbed, sun in the evening, the day in the shade to enjoy an outside, closed secure for children. Enjoy the calm in the center of the resort and rest in this bright and clear space. The evenings have beautiful sunsets according to the seasons. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet.
